As the Managing Director of PROCON Professionals & Primaned, a boutique consulting firm specialising in Project Controls, I am deeply passionate about raising awareness of this critical field. With my background in Business Administration and Informatics, I strive to bridge the gap between business value and digitalisation for the organisations we support and advise.
