Once trained as a scientist in fundamental chemistry, I am now pursuing a career in project management. PROCON Professionals is the ideal place to start as a “Junior Project Controls Professional”.

PROCON currently has a small but energetic team! My professional development to become a project planner is through training courses in the Primaned Academy, delivered by Primaned's consultants. These are colleagues who, like us at PROCON, work according to the motto “WORK HARD, PLAY HARD”: they strive for the highest quality while creating a stimulating working environment where everyone can be themselves. It is a fun group that is open and welcoming. This gives me the confidence to come up with creative solutions for every schedule and project!

The work within PROCON offers challenges in different ways. Each project is handled professionally using various planning tools. Then, my communication skills are needed to create acceptance within the rest of the project team. So the work combines different skills; let that be something that excites me and gives me a lot of energy!
