Since January 2024, I have started at PROCON Professionals in the position of 'Junior Project Controls Professional.' After my study period at Avans University of Applied Sciences, it was time for me to kickstart my career, and PROCON is the right place for that.

Within PROCON, I can develop myself into a valuable professional in our industry. The training programs provided are of high quality and conducted by experienced individuals. We aim to compete at the highest level, and personally, I appreciate that. I always strive to give my best.

The work at PROCON is challenging, and that's what makes working here so enjoyable. Ensuring the smooth operation of a project is always a challenge. Keeping track of time, utilizing resources as effectively as possible, and achieving objectives are different in every project.

I am PROUD to be a part of the PROCON team, partly because of the great working environment. We function as one team and tackle the most difficult problems together. We are open, honest, and transparent with each other, creating a perfect synergy among our colleagues.
