Since February 2024, I have started at PROCON Professionals as a ''Senior PROCON Professional'' and as a ''Talent Development Manager''.

After completing my Mechanical Engineering studies at TU Delft, I began my career in project management in October 2018. Over the past years, I have gained expertise not only in managing planning teams and providing strategic advice in planning and processes, but also in developing and managing project and detailed schedules, conducting Monte Carlo analyses, and managing cash flow. This naturally involves proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis.

The next step in my career was sharing my knowledge with my fellow advisors. As a Talent Development Manager, I train, coach, and guide our Junior PROCON Professionals. It energizes me to contribute to the growth of our colleagues, both professionally and personally.
