After completing my secondary education in Mechanical Engineering, I deepened my knowledge with a bachelor's degree in Technical Business Administration. This combination provides me with a strong foundation in both engineering and business processes.

With 4.5 years of experience as a Work Preparation Engineer, Project Coordinator, and Project Leader, I have gained broad expertise in process optimisation, project management, scheduling, cost control, and team leadership. My focus is on bridging the gap between the operational level and strategic goals, ensuring tangible results.

My passion lies in project controls: maintaining oversight, optimising processes and ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. I get great satisfaction from steering complex projects towards successful outcomes.
