With a background in Construction Management and Engineering, and experience in information management and project controls across all project phases of large projects, I firmly believe that data-driven work should begin with a widely supported goal. It is crucial to structure this data consistently and logically, using a predefined data model. 

With PROCON, I aim to accelerate projects by driving project management with data. As a Data Analytics Consultant, I utilise this to derive insights, leading to well-founded decision-making and improved operational processes. However, the true art of data lies in presenting it in a useful, but visually appealing manner, a crucial step often overlooked. This will significantly enhance data adoption within the organisation.
